*Front desk staff are plain rude. *Expect to wait anywhere between an hour to two hours in the lobby. *The actual visit lasts about five minutes, most of which the doctor spends staring at a laptop. *Blood test results require a whole separate visit — your time clearly doesn’t matter to them. Extremely careful, nurses and doctors. Amazing to work with them going through my radiation treatment. I would suggest this location for all my future needs. please say hello to Beth and the Support staff.
I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. The doctor my husband saw today and his staff treated him terribly! They should be ashamed of themselves. Belittling and talking down to a grown man like a kid is so disgusting. Patients go to healthcare providers for help and need to be heard. My husband did not experience this. Needless to say, he’s not going back. I can’t explain how pissed I am about their behavior. Would never recommend.
