Great company. My clients love working with associated title at the closing table. Closings are smooth and clients are educated on there mortage. I would recommend!
I have worked with Associated Title for many years and found them to responsive and quick. Everyone there is very helpful. Quick turn around times. I am a mortgage officer and have never had an issue with their service and have closed dozens of loans with them as the title agency
Closed Friday - today is Tuesday have not received my funds neither has my mortgage company or attorney. Claim money was sent today, my bank checked - still no money! Requested fed reference number from them, claim bank does not provide that information but would ask. This agency stated they are too busy - absolutely unacceptable. I have a closing at 1pm today and require these funds to close. I would NOT use this title company!!! Poor title agency to work with. Was in a rush. Did not care about buyer, only seller. Made an error. Would never work with them again. Be aware!!
