i dont recommend using this business. the quality of the work, professionalism, and attitude especially has dropped considerably since the co owner left. the current owner is very rude, has no regard for others, and only cares about how much of their services they can sell you whether you need it or not

I've noticed a real decline in the quality of this company lately. The owner's behavior towards staff, especially in front of customers, is quite off-putting. Their approach to their work seems outdated. The websites they create just don't match up to what you'd expect in today's world. These folks are very friendly and down to earth. Our company has mainly used ASP's services via Tim who has repaired many of our high speed Panasonic scanners. Great folks, with great prices and turnaround time.

This man helped me through my check out the other night and was very friendly about it and showed great customer service. I rung up all my stuff at self check out and at the end is when it said no cash. All I had was cash. That nice man told me no problem I'll check you out up here at my register. I really appreciated that.
