Run, don't walk, AWAY from this place. My doctor booked me in here for some facial surgery. My 7:30 time was changed to 10:30 am to give another patient priority. When I arrived, the first thing I was told was that if my surgery went overtime, they wanted a credit card to charge for extra time. Such a nice welcoming! Stern faced nurses gave me a bed in a bay which was narrow and uncomfortable. I wound up standing up for two hours next to it without anyone offering me a chair. 2nd procedure in a month. Always late for starting procedure which is hard due to npo.Clean and positive staff.
I would like a member of this facility to inform me of why my previous review has been removed in less than 24 hours. Was it because I mentioned that two of your doctors told me I should go to bed as I bled out into my abdomen? Was it because I mentioned Dr. Daniel Wool as the surgeon responsible for my care? Was it because you did not appropriately record patient communications telling me I should "Just take some Advil or Ibuprofen and go to bed."? The stuff is very nice and friendly.I was so afraid of the anesthesia and the doctor explained it to me all the steps and how it works and make me feel more comfortable.
