Scammed!! I received a phone call to receive toner cartridges and if they don't work for me I can have them returned at their expense. The toner arrives in old looking boxes and I have not had the opportunity to try them when they called for payment over the phone so I said I want to return them before I found out they wouldn't work for me. I was then told I would be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and return shipping and I was promised by the supervisor in the beginning they would pickup the full expense of the return ... read more

Total scam, I ordered a toner and a drum, both did not work. It's been a total nightmare trying to return the items and getting credit. This company will send you to a collection agency, with the wrong information...RIPOFF

Buyer Beware...I wish I would have read the first review.... They called and asked if they could send some toner cartridges for us to try with no obligation to buy. Sounds fine. It couldn't of been any farther from the truth. There products are after-market JUNK and cost more than OEM toner. So I tried to send them back and they make it almost imposable to return and know my account going to collections. I hope you read this before you let them send you there "no obligation toner". I have had the best experience with this company. Our sales rep, Sam, is GREAT. Always give you that personal touch. The products are great, great pricing and the 45 Net Pay terms is the icing on the cake. We've used them since 2006 & will continue to us them.
