The health department needs to visit. Needs new management. Immaturity percentage high. Ice cream always freezer burnt. Ever a pleasant smell on the walk in. Just really ewww. This supermarket is a disappointing addition to the neighborhood. The meats are often stale, the fruits and vegetables are of the lowest quality, and there are no organic options available. To make matters worse, my card was skimmed at their credit card machine. When I reported it to the manager, they showed little concern—raising serious questions about their accountability. Ehhhhh, I want to rate this supermarket more because I loooove the young people at the registers, but the supermarket itself leaves a lot to be desired. HORRIBLE produce - old and wilted - and at higher prices. I asked the manager for my favorite ginger dressing which the old management use to carry, and it never happened. As it is now 8:50pm and Ive been here for at least 5 mins...the door is locked and the 3 people inside ...looks like a cashier and a manager are saying the store is closed when the sign clearly says 7am-9pm. KEYFOOD IN ROSEDALE WOULD NEVER DO THAT! On my way there now
