For a basement floor (56.45 Square /Feet) with top finish Concrete floor (translation = the floor was already clean, smooth, dust free, fully cured after used a self-leveling compound, after applied a primer sell concrete to improve adhesive bond), the tile installation estimator salesperson Tony estimates the Labor at $400 - for preparation.
