There are a few things wrong with this facility. First, it is extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. Throughout the months of August, September and October, each and every time I called, NOBODY answered my call, initially. In fact, the only way the receptionist would pick up the phone was if I kept calling at least 5 times in a row. Forget about leaving a message as they won't return phone calls.
