I had my doctor fax over a referral a week ago. They claim they didn’t receive it. I tried to bring in the form and they didn’t want it. Very unprofessional. And unfortunately I will have to go back to FL to see a neurologist.
I have worked in healthcare for 30 years. This was one of the filthiest offices I’ve ever been in. The staff is loud and obnoxious. Talking about other patients with the sliding windows wide open. Zero sense of compassion or professionalism. One patient that was seen before me had a hygiene issue and a staff member came out raising a fuss. Their equipment is incredibly dusty and grungy, they need someone to do a deep cleaning of this office! Did a home sleep test and concluded I had mild sleep apnea, then wanted me to do further testing at a sleep center, which will have cost me hundreds. I said that mild apnea didn't require a sleep center study, and requested they treat me without additional studies. Had good service while there. However I've called 20 times today and noone answers the phone. You can not leave a voicemail either.
Great dental work. Timely, polite and jovial environment. VERY patient and thorough with relevant information. They welcome any questions you have regarding the procedure and thing to come.
