the lack of listening at this place is absolutely awful. I went in after having cluster seizures. For reference, I told my entire medical history with my particular type of seizures (I am epileptic and this is almost 20 years worth of history). My medical records written by the doctor at this location were completely different than what I told him during the appointment. Staff was courteous but my doctor was no help. They were not willing to explore any other alternatives to CPAP when it didn't work for me. They then charged me $400 but did not help with my sleep or snoring
I've had three appointments with Dr. Alghadban. I was sent by my pcp for referral for a nerve conductive test on my upper extremities due to chronic elbow pain bilaterally. 1st appointment was alright had the test, they took blood. Dr explained that he did assess that I had weakness and nerve loss, most likely carpal tunnel. Wanted me back in for ultrasound and sleep study, put me on Gabapentin 900mg a day for pain. I had my doctor fax over a referral a week ago. They claim they didn’t receive it. I tried to bring in the form and they didn’t want it. Very unprofessional. And unfortunately I will have to go back to FL to see a neurologist.
I have worked in healthcare for 30 years. This was one of the filthiest offices I’ve ever been in. The staff is loud and obnoxious. Talking about other patients with the sliding windows wide open. Zero sense of compassion or professionalism. One patient that was seen before me had a hygiene issue and a staff member came out raising a fuss. Double fisting Lysol and some kind of air freshener spray. Cloth seats in the waiting room which I am absolutely positive contribute to the uncleanliness of the office.
