Was sent by VA for evaluation for hearing loss. Dr Floyd Milner took time u to o explain results of the exam and gave me steps I could take to improve communication. Dr Milner and staff were very courteous and helpful.
My husband and I were extremely impressed by the services received from Dr. Milner. He took the time to hear what my husband had to say regarding his hearing, offered valuable information and made recommendations that has already made a difference in the use of the hearing aids he wears. It’s was such a rewarding and refreshing experience to know that he cares.
My visit to Dr. Milner's office was very impressive. The Dr. And his staff were well dressed, kind, courteous and attentive to my situation. Dr. Milner explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood all the details. Every moment in the office I felt relaxed and welcome. Overall, an awesome experience.
