It was my first visit to Dr Milner's office. I was greeted at the receptionist desk with a friendly welcome. I filled out the forms and Dr Milner came out to explain the procedures for my hearing test. All went well with the test. The technician explained the whole procedure. After the test doctor Milner sat with me for about 15 minutes and explained how the process of the hearing evaluation is going to happen. I felt very comfortable during the whole process. My experience at this office was extremely informative. After meeting and speaking with Dr. F. Milner, I left knowing more about my condition and how to cope with it daily.
