Bill was wonderful to work with and I felt confident with my purchase knowing he performed a thorough inspection.
Bill is personable and professional both. Great at explaining everything. Unfortunately he missed the fact that the MORryde sliding cargo tray was installed crooked causing it to catch on the pass through opening. I had to completely remove and reinstall it myself. Then replied that it wasn’t his responsibility and that it was from loading things on it that changed it. Loading anything on it had nothing to do with the fact that it wasn’t installed straight. He also missed that the black tank flush would not work and accept w... read more

I was very pleased with the inspection process and the time Bill took to explain the details to me up front. I had an 11 Hour drive and was relying on his inspection to determine if it was worth the trip. He reported the unit just as I saw it. Would highly recommend!!
