Bill Riggs did a pre purchase inspection on our 2017 Entegra Anthem motorhome. He was extremely easy to work with and his professionalism and knowledge provided us with an in-depth inspection report.. We gained valuable knowledge about our coach I highly recommend Bill and the valuable service he provides.
Bill is wonderful to work with. We were out of state buyers looking to buy a Thor Citation class C in Mont Belvieu, TX. He literally had to be our eyes and ears. Communication was excellent, the report was very thorough, detailed with a lot of photos. He took time to answer our questions while he was inspecting the rig. He even offered to pick us up when we arrive in Houston and take us to the rig. That is above and beyond the call of duty! We would HIGHLY recommend Bill and would use him again in a heartbeat.
We had our pre purchase done on our grand design solitude a few months ago. Bill came out to the site on time and was very professional. We stuck around to discuss some things with the seller while bill inspected and once he was complete with his inspection he gave us a very thorough and detail summary of his inspection.
