I have been a patient at this practice in their Peoria office for almost 25 years, but had never been to the Mesa location. Because I recently moved from the west valley to Mesa, I made an appointment for my annual retinal exam with Dr. Gordon. What a mistake; I could not believe how dysfunctional this office is. I honestly could have driven from east Mesa to their Peoria office, had my exam, and driven back in the amount of time I sat in that office waiting to be seen by Dr Gordon. Prepare to wait 4 hours in the waiting room. First hour tests and dilation. Then wait three hours to see Dr Gordon. Ridiculous
