After an initial negative review I had posted here a few weeks ago I was immediately contacted by Associated Renewable. This comes after months of no responses regarding a LL87 Energy audit performed by the company that they failed to file with the NYC DOB compliance requirement by Dec 2018. They continue to make excuses why. The specific property has now incurred a violation with the DOB. This company is a scam...DO NOT associate with them. I hired them about 2 years ago to do Local Law 87 work and they took my money but never did anything! I am still trying to get my money back from them; many calls and messages have gone unanswered. I did not even want to leave a 1 star rating...I wish they had negative ratings!
