I was overcharged by almost $300 without my knowledge or consent first. I was recommended by my garbage company in Ridgefield and found out they are family, which now makes sense. I called to talk about this with an employee who just kept saying “that’s how it is and sorry you feel that way.” Very unprofessional and I won’t be recommending this company to anyone. Not even a offer to speak with a manager or owner.
