Visited Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital earlier this year. Never received a bill of any charges until I received a collections notice from Radiologist of Dupage in the mail almost 7 months later. Most unprofessional occurrence I have experienced with a health provider. There should be an option for negative stars.
I NEVER received a bill and was sent to collections.
We never knew anything was owed to them until they sent us to collections for less than $20. No bills, no contact, ever, but 6 months later we get a collections notice.
