I needed X-rays and ultrasounds. It seems if you take your papers and book the appointment, it is fast and very efficient for them. I got in the next morning and on the same day. The staff were awesome; polite, patient, knowledgeable, perfectionists, and very much appreciated.

Very poor customer service. The receptionist ask to see my doctor req and I said I didn’t have it. So she said she would call the doctor office. I went to the washroom and when I came back she said she called and they didn’t have it. I immediately followed up and there was no call from the receptionist. My doctor office then said they were waiting to hear from them and had not gotten a call. If there was an option to give them zero stars I would have done it.
Just called today aug.15,2026 1:12pm whoever answered my phone call is so rude and condescending, like can't you wait for me to finish talking. If you dont like your work, just quit. You make sick people to be more stress
Very friendly, comforting and on time! I was treated with respect. Sometimes one will go to an establishment and left feeling like you're just a number. Not here! Thank you Associated Radiologists!
