I've been seeing Dr. DeGroat since late 2018. I have nothing but positive feedback. I can't speak for any other physicians at this location as I haven't worked with them, except for Dr. Lujan. I'm surprised to see so many negative comments related to him. Dr. Lujan has been very prompt with emails and incredibly flexible with his schedule. Working with Nicole Slade was very professional and she communicated with me about the process of getting a diagnosis very well. Everything went very smoothly. If I had a question she was able to answer it in a timely manner. I also really appreciate that she makes a follow up appointment to make sure everything is accurately reported and correct. I enjoyed working with her very much!

Not only did the office take over two months to reach out and notify me of my therapist closing the practice. Communication throughout my time here was very poor. It is not difficult to send an email or phone call to communicate with clients.
