Edwin Schwartz was my therapist thirty years ago. The Champus program funded my therapy for me, and allowed up to 70 visits a year. Well he had me so intimidated that I readily signed the Champus forms in advance, so that he could fill in the dates of my sessions and send them in for collection. I never did trust him, so later I followed up on this and learned that he had billed the maximum 70 visits, though I had seen him once a week. Outright theft and dishonesty. My instincts had been right.
