Difficult to locate and get parking but the people there are amazing
Nima Safari will openly brag about breaking the PRIVACY LAWS IN ORDER TO HAND OUT PETTY FINES. FYI THIS IS ILLEGAL. So everyone is aware, strata, and property management only have the right to review video surveillance for REASONABLE PURPOSE: The purpose for review must be one that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances (e.g., preventing theft or vandalism, ensuring personal safety, investigating a crime). A few years ago, I rented a beautiful brand-new condo at One Water Street through Associated Property Management. I worked with Curtis Baszucki for my tenancy. When I moved out, I had the place professionally cleaned, filled all the holes, and even repainted them using the paint code provided by the building management.
