The worst rental experience we have ever had. The property manager failed to send utility notices for 10 months even after we had requested them multiple times, had sent us the wrong procedure on how the utilities were to be paid which left us with more outstanding utility bills. Ignores emailed when trying to resolve this issue for 25 days. The owner also ignored phone calls and emails and have yet to hear back from him after 2 months. Absolutely horrendous that statement was that their employee assisted the baby goslings onto a ledge to jump. Your employees should know the laws as they relate to your business. Shame.
