WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER!!! They never reply to emails. It’s an absolute joke!!! Never in my life have I experienced such incompetency. RUN from this company, they are not worth a nickel. Amanda is a non-responsive, email or call, they are unreachable. Worst management company ever!!! A Mickey Mouse slap up. If you want to burn strata money on nothing then these are the people to gift it to, because they sure as heck don’t work!!
Bernard Larose, one of the Big White Strata Managers, was one of the most unprofessional and incompetent people we have ever worked with in any customer service industry. Never returned phone calls or voicemails after a major financial misstep of his doing. Would avoid this entire company at all costs.
My experience with Tony from APM was from a tenant's perspective. Tony was a true professional - impeccably punctual for meetings and always quick to respond when something required major repair. He has clear communication and a very friendly, kind demeanor. I hope the owners of the property enjoyed dealing with him as much as I did. The last 12 years have been a refreshingly pleasant renting experience because of Tony.
Abbey from Associated Property Management has not replied to my emails in over 2 months (July 25th). She wants me to agree to an additional rent increase before they will refund a small potion of money owed to me due to an illegal rent increase.
The worst people I have EVER had interact with in a professional setting. I have escalated my issues of noncompliance of the privacy act with my strata manager and instead he swore at me and hung up the phone and as a petty retaliation decided not to mail me my welcome package. I escalated to his manager and the managing partner of the firm and no one decided to reach out or respond. APM lacks professionalism and care for their clients. I have now escalated these issues about 3 times and they have not even bothered to issue ... read more
