Been going here since I moved out of Chicago which is now about 10 years. My feelings are mixed. I think Dr. Lynch is a pretty good doctor and Helen Donnelly was great. But she is no longer there. If there is anything I could change is the fact that you can’t just call the office and get someone to answer the phone. You get their voicemail ALWAYS even to schedule an appointment. Dr. Lynch is amazing caring doctor. He listens, cares, and is very knowledgeable. I have been seeing him for 20 years! Would recommend him if you are searching for a doctor who loves what he does and builds relationships with his patients.
Believe the reviews. Dr. Lynch is a good doctor. His support staff is a hot mess. They do not answer their phone. They don't return messages. They're not responsive in any situation. They don't care.
