We recently moved into a home in the West Seattle neighborhood which had APP propane tanks leased by the prior owner. The propane is necessary to run the heat, hot water and oven range in our home. Unfortunately, the tanks were almost empty of Propane when we moved in. We realized this when our heat and hot water shut off during a winter storm.
