We absolutely loved Dr. Cole. He has been amazing with our family, and this review is in no way a reflection of the care we received from him. Unfortunately, our experiences with the front desk have been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, the receptionist has come across as rude, condescending, and very unwelcoming. We have also dealt with several billing issues, and the way those concerns were communicated to us often made an already frustrating situation feel even worse. Dr. Fuller is incredible! He took care of a persistent issue we had been having for 3 years in a manner of seconds! I am so thankful for this group of doctors, nurses and staff! Dr. Dhawale is also extremely caring and knowledgeable.
My son has seen 4 of the current doctors and two who have since retired. All have been exemplary with their care, guidance, and thoroughness. My son's designated pediatrician is Dr. Dhawale and she is superb. Nurse Nina is also amazing, she provides assistance with concerns and will give advice as to whether you should bring your lil one in or not. Dr. Dhawale is an excellent doctor. She is kind, thorough, and truly one of the best. Her care is the main reason we continue coming to this office. However, the receptionist is consistently unpleasant. She has been there for years and unfortunately has never been welcoming. There is no greeting when you walk in, just a stare, and her tone often feels cold or rude.
