Dr. Dhawale is an excellent doctor. She is kind, thorough, and truly one of the best. Her care is the main reason we continue coming to this office. However, the receptionist is consistently unpleasant. She has been there for years and unfortunately has never been welcoming. There is no greeting when you walk in, just a stare, and her tone often feels cold or rude. The attention service giving from the nurse was horrible, did 0 effort to try to help. I'm 17, I'm in a delicated situation, she did not show any empathy. I'm in a treatment which I cannot skip a dose, she didn't do anything.
Doctor Benjamin Cole is the absolute worst doctor there. We have been goin there for over 20 years. He explained to us that we are behind on vaccines… he gave us a paper to go home to and look over the vaccines to decide which ones we need to give our 1 year old. We called today to make an appointment for an ear infection for our baby and they had kicked us out since she didn’t get a vaccine, but we were considering one of them and would of liked to talk to him about it when we let her go there for her ear..
