I had a 1:15 PM appointment on Thursday and at 2:30 PM I asked How much longer it would be before I see the doctor, and they told me two people were still ahead of me. A two hour wait to see the doctor is unacceptable. I've had this appointment for a month and a half. I left as I had to get back to work for my customers. If I run my business like this, I would be out of business!
Amazing staff that take you seriously and doesn't just blow you off. They get you in right away and are very professional!
The Walnut Bottom AOP office provided and serviced my hearing aids the last two years. The care has been excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional, and spend the extra time making sure their patients are satisfied with the product.
So very greatful for Dr Levin and the staff support and genuine feeling of their welcoming from the time of check in. The nurses and technicians are knowledgeable and supportive of not just your needs but what and how your feeling.
