Encountered very rude front staff. I arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic on a Friday and they said they had already taken the next appointment back and I would need to reschedule. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but the front staff was incredibly rude and condescending.
I love Dr. Ruggerio! He is the first doctor to find my nasal issue and properly treat it! It has changed my quality of life His office staff is also extremely friendly and helpful! The check in receptionist, Dominique, was pleasant and easy to talk to. Jaida, the Medical Assistant was very helpful getting my medication approved and set up. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
Everyone was patient and kind. Dominique, Tina, and Madison went above and beyond. I appreciated their helpfulness with my father-in-law. Thank you so much.
