I have been under their care for over 20 years!! Dr Fornadley, Ashley Defrank, and Brenda McDonald have been phenomenal!! Dr. Fornadley changed my life for the better!!! Highly recommend!!! I will be a forever patient!!
I brought my grandma in to see Jackie and had an excellent experience! Jackie went above and beyond in her explanation of hearing aid options and made sure that my grandma understood everything fully. She was a pleasure to talk with and really made my grandma feel confident that she was receiving the best care. 10/10
I have been a client of AOP since 2018. Dr. Malone is my primary care physician and Amya is his assistant. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for their professional skills and level of care. If I could give ZERO stars I would. My first appointment was fine. PA said that since I wasn’t actively having an ear or sinus infection we would just wait it out. Call if I had issues. I get to sinus infection #5 in 5 months. I am frustrated and call for an appointment. Was able to get one for Wednesday at 3:30. Perfect. I leave work early, I drive to the appointment and there is an accident on the main road through Hershey. No problem. I call the office. I’m on hold while I drive.
