First of all, I want to say that Dr Pickup was amazing and that the 1 star does not reflect him at all. The office/billing staff is not very friendly or helpful at all. I have had nothing but problems trying to get ahold of someone regarding billing questions. I literally called FOUR times over 3 weeks , and all I get is the front office putting me on hold. The message has been, “new staff”, “out to bank”, “not looked at it yet” etc. I haven’t been able to speak to a billing coordinator, only front office who delays the mess... read more
