These folks are pitiful. The entire staff is awful. I waited 4 months for a referral appointment. A month before my appointment, office called to see if I could fill a canceled appointment slot in 30 mins. I could not. The day of my appointment arrived, got cleaned up and went to my 9:30am appointment. I handed the receptionist my paperwork and said, “l have a 9:30 appointment with Dr. Dew” She said “Dr Dew was not in the office today.” She also said the office person had called to reschedule the appointment.
