Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude staff that answers the phone. When I called staff member that answered phone spoke down to me, was very rude and completely unhelpful. Facility should hire someone with customer service skills. Very hard to get someone to pick up the phone. I will definitely schedule my appt elsewhere. Would rate with 0 stars if possible.
