Getting ahold of their billing department is like pulling teeth. Four voicemails and over a week to return the call. Everything else was great. Edit: After literally receiving a final notice to pay my bill or itd go to collections, I finally was able to pay. I tried calling so many times and thought I had already paid my bill

I've been seeing kidney doctor since the mid-1960s and Dr. Maryyam Ali is by far my favorite. She has a way of explaining things so that I understand and remember it. She is very kind, personable and I can tell that she cares. Dr Ali is all of those things but she is no pushover. If you are doing something that is hurting your health she will let you know and you will remember that as well.
