This company is very disorganized and frankly has a bunch of dummies working for it.. I retained them for insurance on my house and my broker sent them a binder check for over $300. They then canceled the insurance shortly after. Instead of cashing the check and refunding me the balance. They send the money back and then harassed me for $184 dollars. That is so a**backwards. Cash the check that is meant for payment while it's right there in your office.
I am very disappointed with this company. I signed up for short term disability and was told I had to wait 6 months after activiation to use it (and get pregnant) by one of their employees. I could not get pregnant until the 6 months had past. I waited 6 months then was told I could have used it from day 1. I requested my first 6 months of payment back due to the refusal of use.
