I would give a negative number if I could. Associated Materials/Alside installed 3 windows to our house several years ago, including warranty. All 3 window installs sag and hard to open and lock we called Assoc. Materials to replace it. They said regardless of whether the window was under warranty or not, I still had to go through their claims process. I had a 9am appointment, it is 3pm and there still 2 truck ahead of me. Must park on the street and walk to the man hole to check in. They will get you number to call you when is your turn.

I been here for 5 hours and I didn’t get door to unload when I asked them they told me 2 more hours

My boyfriend worked here for 2 months. And they fired him without giving him a reason. He never showed up later never got into trouble. But he was fired out of the blue with several other coworkers. They are also very strict about times on clocking in and out. They also allowed another coworker to yell at him during training, and did not fire him.
