This is the worst insurance agency I have experienced in all my life! I reached out to them on 4/30 to cancel a policy and they told me that Odalys Roque had to cancel it and she would give me a call back because she was on the other line. Received no call so I called back and got her email and sent her a formal request to cancel my policy. Received no call, no email, no confirmation, nothing. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Received a letter from the company called to get clarification the agent advised me he would look into the situation and return my call. Waited until the next week never received a call back. So I called back the agent still had no information and mysteriously the phone keeps hanging up (more than twice) needless to say the agent never tried to call back. Very frustrating and disappointing . As a business you guys should really do better just sadddd
I was referred to Christian Miranda by my uncle for home insurance. I am NOT disappointed. I wish everyone was this proficient and professional.
Horrible, I've been calling and getting sent to voicemails or they will answer and not say anything.
