HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Received a letter from the company called to get clarification the agent advised me he would look into the situation and return my call. Waited until the next week never received a call back. So I called back the agent still had no information and mysteriously the phone keeps hanging up (more than twice) needless to say the agent never tried to call back. Very frustrating and disappointing . As a business you guys should really do better just sadddd
