Hello Drivers I came from all the way to Texas and I was checked in at 1:54pm and my appointment time was at 3:30pm and they told me that Park your truck outside and we will not call me until 11:pm can you imagine that they did to me please stay away this location where trouble people bad customer service they do not care about the drivers I will never come back to this location at all

I don't understand other people's ratings, but they treated me very well, even though I don't speak English well. I arrived many hours before my appointment and they served me very quickly. For those who come to unload, they have a small area where you can park and sleep while they call you to assign you a dock.
They don't have over night parking app only and fast unloading
