We had Associated Homes build a house for us in 2004 on Milner Dr. Port Saint Lucie and they did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with our beautiful Sedona son model. They stood by any minor issues that came up during the building process and took care of them right away. We would have them build another one for us for sure.
Very unprofessional company not trust worthy and dishonest. This company is not supportive of Veterans. Here is our story. We have been working with Gary for couple of months and during that process we were searching for a lot to build. We finally found a perfect corner lot. This lot was cleared , leveled and filled at one time previously. So the lot owner told us the lot prep will be 3 to 5 thousand as he already got it priced.
