Receptionist Jocelyn was very friendly and helpful! (Appreciated because we have run into some unfriendly receptionists lately.) Our audiology extern Sarah Salem was also friendly and helpful, as well as efficient and knowledgeable. She was patient with our many questions. A very positive experience!

Took my Grams in for an appointment. The woman at the front desk greeted us instantly with a warm smile and an inviting tone. Great first impression for me!
