Very satisfied with Christy @ AHC! She is very knowledgeable & personal. The latest work was to get molded ear buds for my hearing aides. That is a great upgrade.
I don’t trust my results. The doctor/audiologist I met with *barely* reviewed my paperwork, made assumptions about my reasons for being there (that were incorrect; when I tried to correct her she blamed me) and literally said at one point in the test that “no one” hears this part of the test BEFORE I listened to it! Anyone who’s in this line of business should know that that’s a leading statement and shouldn’t be said in patient practice. It has a known psychological effect will skew the results of a test. On 11/18 I had a hearing examination with Dr. Younk. It was a great experience since she was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Also she was able and ready to make a hearing aid recommendation.
