Very very happy with AHC. Christy was so nice and helpful, answering my many questions so thoroughly and in a way I could easily understand. I will definitely be referring here.

The entire experience was great: - very friendly staff member scheduled the appt by phone; was able to schedule an appt within 2 days - check in process very easy and efficient - hearing test itself was thorough, with many updates and enhancements noticeable from my last appt a year ago - all my questions answered - update on new products and their features, with no pressure to upgrade on the spot - super helpful in attending to immediate needs on current hearing aids (replace receiver wire, new supply of wax guards) - etc. ... read more

Anyone who’s in this line of business should know that that’s a leading statement and shouldn’t be said in patient practice. It has a known psychological effect will skew the results of a test. Thoroughly unimpre... read more
