Receptionist Jocelyn was very friendly and helpful! (Appreciated because we have run into some unfriendly receptionists lately.) Our audiology extern Sarah Salem was also friendly and helpful, as well as efficient and knowledgeable. She was patient with our many questions. A very positive experience!

Took my Grams in for an appointment. The woman at the front desk greeted us instantly with a warm smile and an inviting tone. Great first impression for me! She was patient and kind while we struggled through paperwork. She was through in addressing all the things my Grams mentioned about insurances and new changes coming with them. The entire experience was great: - very friendly staff member scheduled the appt by phone; was able to schedule an appt within 2 days - check in process very easy and efficient - hearing test itself was thorough, with many updates and enhancements noticeable from my last appt a year ago - all my questions answered - update on new products and their features, with no pressure to upgrade on the spot - super helpful in attending to immediate needs on current hearing aids (replace receiver wire, new supply of wax guards) - etc. ... read more
