Took over a month for my new credit card to come, and it still arrived with incorrect details. Impossible to get ahold of anyone via email or phone. Was told in person I’d get called back and that didn’t happen either. Disappointed with service, takes them at least a month to fulfill any requests you have (like balance transfer, closing a card, etc). Customer service is seriously lacking, but added a star for the free popcorn and the fact that they participate in collecting charity drive donations.

The bank does not honor its word. When I opened up my account in May, they had a promotion going on where you get $250 if you add direct deposit to your account and make 15 transactions with your card in 60 days. It’s now been more than 60 days and I’ve done what was required of me but they have not deposited the $250. I e so far talked to 3 people at the bank and each time, they say that they have forwarded the matter to accounts payable but nothing has been done.
