terrible place they lie and then charge you for a tow across the state, plus 25 dollars a day for whatever lot they stick ur vehicle in. I do not understand how they take a vehicle and turn around and say they didn't get a payment when your not behind on any payments ??
Operational hours do not make this institution accessible for working professionals, without having to take time off. Upon arrival I learned that the office closes at 4 p.m. while drive through operations continue until 5 p.m. this information was not provided anywhere online.

Got sucked into using this CU through an auto dealership, never made aware that on every auto payment I would be charged a fee to transfer money out of my checking account. Essentially adding another 1% to my loan rate. What a scam
