I am so thankful for this office! They are always so timely in responding to my mychart messages and the staff is super nice! Dr Sugihara is sooo kind and answers all my questions. I’ve had ear issues all my life and feel so taken care here!
Great Office! The staff is amazing, and the doctor really takes time to listen and explain things. Dr.Waki was able to resolve my ear issues. I felt well cared for and highly recommend Greater Orange County ENT.
I don’t have the words to express my experience with the greater Orange County Ear, nose and throat . About a month ago, I was in the hospital and overnight stay they discharged me on a Friday late afternoon and told me I needed to get in to ENT asap due to SSNHL possibility. I thought to myself where am I going to get in ASAP . Had an excellent experience with Dr. Sugihara. Professional, answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. Had a very chill and positive appointment. Very quick no waiting after check in.
