The Capstone employees here seem to really dislike their jobs, movement is as slow as continental drift, on Zoloft!!! This is standard for ANY facility that uses Capstone Logistics.. Girl in the security hut ignores you until she's finished her phone call, total shambles.

Had 1am appointment and didn't get a dock door until 4am. Will probably be another 3 -4 hours before Im empty
we pay for a service to unload your product. then we wait for hours to get a call with a price only to wait longer for paperwork. we need to get this at a faster rate. since we pay we would like faster service.. but unfortunately you been like this for years. so it doesn't matter.. you should stop charging us.. your service sux
