They're a freight company - so when you order from Samsung or whoever they'll be the first third party company to handle your package. Then they outsource their local delivery to a different company. Their website isn't even working at the time I'm writing this. I scheduled my delivery and the day of delivery I get a text saying my delivery isn't coming. I call them and they say I'll be contacted very soon for rescheduling via phone. Fast forward to 5 pm and a different company calls me to say I'll get my package 2 days late... read more
