Good luck to anyone who has to deal with these clowns. Attempted to get a gaming monitor delivered on 2 separate occasions, took time off work both times; and I still don’t have it.
I wish I can give 0 for the service. Never received the phone call or email or text to confirm the delivery time the day before the appointment. And suddenly they were outside of your house to deliver you items. The customer service and delivery service didn’t help at all.
We purchased a TV from the Samsung official website and scheduled delivery for Friday afternoon. However, they failed to honor the commitment and delivered the product on Friday morning instead. Without signing the delivery receipt, they insisted that completion was impossible and suggested a redelivery on Monday. This is incredibly frustrating as we have work commitments and cannot afford to wait for them every day.
