I recently had a bathroom remodel completed. I wanted a frameless glass shower door. My contractor recommended Associated Glass. The receptionist was efficient and kind in their Lynnwood office, she quickly arranged for someone to come and measure the space. That gentleman was polite and efficient, and the cost estimate was almost exactly what I had been told to expect from a family member in construction. Great job putting in a new driver's side window in my truck within 4 hours... not all the chards of glass were vacuumed up, but I can stop by the car wash OMW home & finish vacuuming.
This is my second review of Associated Glass Inc. i have been dealing with them for five months now just to replace window pane. i removed the first review few weeks earlier, just to give the company a chance to do it right. it did not help. the initial visit was on March 1st, the order was paid in full in April, i waited, waited, waited. then on May 21st finally i got the installation appointment, unfortunately, the guy came with wrong parts. the person promised expedited treatment and to be back in 3 weeks. it did not happ... read more
