Said they fixed my issue. By the looks of it they did nothing and I had to clean metal from in side the coolant ports. My fire ring is still wrong and has gaps in it.
Never Ever take something to them and expect an honest answer and expect them to work on or fix anything in the time frame they state. They enjoy taking money they do not earn. A company is as good as their word and for this company not one word that was said to me was truth. Their customer service level is not even rateable since they do not have any. I would strongly suggest finding another company or spending the few extra dollars to buy your product new.
