Dr. Derk was phenomenal! He really took the time to answer my questions and provide me with much needed pain relief. Dr. Derk goes "old" school when creating orthotics and that's how it should be done. He treats you as if you were family. Putting your care first over convenience of technology that sometimes isn't always the best technique. I could tell he was very invested in me and my care. If you value your time, money, and health go elsewhere. I arrived on time for my appointment and sat in the waiting room for an hour without being seen. After 30 minutes of waiting, I checked with the receptionist and was told they just started verifying my insurance. After 60 minutes of waiting in their very small waiting room with no follow up or estimate, I left. At no point did a staff member tell me why I'd be waiting for an hour, or give me an estimate of how long I'd be waiting. Poor communication and customer service... read more
Very nice Dctors and staff
Amazing Doctor & Staff, I do have to agree. I love the fact that they are a small business & you're not just another "number" or dollar in their pocket. They actually listen to you & follow through with everything they promise. Excellent care & customer service provided by staff & doctor's that actually care about their patients.
