Rude customer service, I spoke with Maya and Crystal and they gave me a very hard time.
Associate Family Physician is under new management All of the doctors and staff have left. It is very sad how the new management has no regard for the patients treating us like numbers not letting anyone know doctors and pa leaving. Very sad and shameful how they have treated people. We have been going there over 15 years.
