I purchased a charger from Associated. It took over 2 months to receive it. It worked for one week and then stopped working. I reached out to their warranty department and they have been no help. They offered to send a new board, so that I can fix it myself. 1. I do not know how to fix, replace these products. 2. Never returned my phone calls! Waited for ever on hold! No refreral to a local dealer!
I had one of their jumper cables in my car for several months. The day I pull it out to use it for the first time, the thing falls a part. The entire end falls off of one side. I take a photo of hat happened and threw the cable in the nearest trash can. I thought that would be sufficient. I contacted Associated Equipment with my photo evidence and here was their response "You do NOT have the product nor any proofs of you purchase of OUR product.
