Generally I was very pleased with the procedure, but the nurse who put the salin needle in my arm that also was where they administered the anesthesia was in a huge hurry. She had to jab me 2 times and when she left I noticed that the salin solution wasn't dripping and there was a bad kink in the little tube as she had taped it too my arm too tightly. As usual everyone was super from the front desk to prep to anesthesia to procedure and follow up. Excellent.
They've taken great care of me from the first appt through the two procedures.
