I had a terrible experience at this ear doctor’s office today. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When they called me to confirm they never ask me anything about my insurance. My kids have been patients there before, so I trusted them. But today, as I arrived for my appointment, they suddenly said they couldn’t process my insurance even though I was trying to give them my information so they could have searched. I was treated good when I visited I got nothing bad to say about them great place the staff are very welcoming .
Just walking in the atmosphere off. Due to school nearby dismissal I ran about 10 minutes late. Patiently waited in line after another patient then when I approached the window i was asked for paperwork which I hadn’t received. I asked if it was via email. She didn’t answer and just said have a seat. Not even a warm greeting. No manners. Young lady at the front desk seemed confused and lost.
