The office staff is insanely rude. They lack manners when answering the phone, signing you in for appointments, and get nasty attitudes when they have to do their jobs. Absolutely absurd. I hope I never have to use this office again just because of the staff! It has gone drastically down hill in recent years. The Dr’s and Pa i’ve seen have been great, but the office staff is enough to never make me want to come back.
The young ladies at the front desk had no knowledge of which insurance plans were accepted. I called twice and was told they accepted Fidelis. I left work early, signed my daughter out of school, and drove over there. After filling out all the forms and waiting for some time, I was finally told they don’t accept my insurance. I was extremely upset, especially since I had confirmed it with them twice beforehand.
Recently became a new patient in February and I've always received great attention from the staff! I go to the Roselle Park office and Liz has been super helpful with scheduling appointments and follow up's in advance after my surgical procedures. Nicole was also very informative when answering questions regarding my pre-op and post-op care. I was always seen timely for my appointments and had all my questions answered. Dr. Scharf is amazing! DONT GO HERE!!! The good reviews are FAKE I know this because even I was asked to do it at a horrible office I worked at so yea don’t listen to the good reviews this pl e has the worst front desk staff. The staff is extremely rude!!! I was treated so poorly I would never ever recommend this place!!!! Absolutely horrible and disgusting staff! Very rude assistants. Called to change an appointment and the girl who answered said: can I help you? Like don’t you have manners? Is this a Dr. office ? left me on hold for the longest and I hung up and called again and when I called the answering machine came up literally could have helped me way before they closed but left me on hold until they closed to refuse to help me.
