They gave me 12:45 its 1:50 and I'm still waiting. This is horrible service.
I was kept waiting for 2 hours for my appointment. This is a one doctor shop, so keeping their patients waiting for two hours seems like poor scheduling practice. I was told I didn't need a hearing test prior to coming in for my appointment (this was a contrast to other ENT doctors that told me to get a hearing test first). When I came in, the doctor ran some simple tests, but told me I'd need a hearing test before he could determine anything.
