This Kingsport Tennessee office is Perfection! All employees were professional, friendly and kind! Dr. Foster is so compassionate, easy to speak with and a true professional. By far the best experience I've ever had getting dental work done which is a huge deal for me due to my anxiety!!! Every staff member I had to deal with was more than amazing and welcoming and most of all comforting!!! I am so blessed this office was who handled my procedure!!! So thankful to all of them!!! Dr. Michael Foster of Associated Oral and Implant Surgeons helped my 16 year old granddaughter feel at ease for her upcoming oral surgery. Dr. Foster and his staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Foster is very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. The appointment was for a consult and he explained the surgery in depth. He comes very highly recommended and I would recommend him for any oral surgery needs.
Doctor Pickup and staff are awesome He is very knowledgeable in letting you know what you can expect and if you have any questions call or come right into the office if anything starts hurting or doesn’t feel right. Great Dentist !!!!!!!!!!!!!
