I had a temporary crown on a Friday afternoon, 24 hours later, it came off. Associate Dental advertises they have evening and weekend service. The answer service paged the doctor on-call twice and he/she never called me. I finally reached out toban out-of-town dentist friend and got advice of how to cement the temporary crown back myself.
